On Febrary 16th 2011 we took part in the first edition of the Career Day dedicated to Chinese students in Italy, organised by "Fondazione Italia Cina", in collaboration with Assolombarda and Associna and with the partnership of the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Milan. The topic of the event was: Italia e Cina in società, risorse umane del "paese di mezzo" nella moderna azienda italiana (Italy and China in collaboration, human resources from the "middle country" in the modern Italian eneterprise).

39 young Chinese graduates and final year students in Italy applied to our Group for internships and work opportunities that we will evaluate in the next weeks.

As part of the training and professional development programmes for young staff in the Group, in December 2010 Laura Lusuardi, Fashion Coordinator of MMFG, held a seminar on the Max Mara product and the history of the company, aimed at young people working in the company as junior and assistant product managers.
The seminar, which started out from the company library and was further developed in the company archives, covered the fundamental stages in the history of our Group, helping participants to learn about all the Brands.
