This role is part of our Style Office and supports the Product Manager for the pursuing of operating targets through product management and development.

  • It involves organization and economic management of the collections (pricing issues, designers' costs, prototypes, industrial costs, definition of the overall collection project)
  • Attends the various design phases
  • Supports the management of the collection checking on work-progress, ensuring compliance with the deadlines, and monitoring both business and market

Required qualification:

  • Strong passion for fashion issues and trends
  • Bachelor degree preferably in economics
  • Excellent analysis skills and ability to understand economic data
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in teams and fairly autonomous

During the upcoming months of September and October you will be siding our V.M. teams during the design, installation, and shooting of our window looks and the merchandising used in our guidelines for all our stores.

You will then have the opportunity to understand some of the concepts used for product selections and VM techniques.

This position deals with the management of all aspects of the shops and corners in order to ensure the achievement of certain quantitative and qualitative results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervising the staff of the shops and corners in the reference territory and improving sales performances;
  • Selecting, training and managing all hired staff;
  • Ensuring conformance to the corporate image and service levels as well as the internal Standards through the assessment and evaluation of both the sales data and shop organization.

Required credentials and qualifications:

- Post-graduate degree in Economics or Foreign Languages;
- Short previous experience in sales or retail positions;
- Willing to frequent travelling;
- Problem solving;
- Fashion enthusiast;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English proficiency and preferably, additional Language knowledge.
