The successful candidates will become Retail Supervisors of the Max Mara Group and will be assigned to our base in Italy for one year and one of our European locations for another year for a really a unique job-rotational experience.

Elabora previsioni di vendita e progetti distributivi.
Verifica gli andamenti di mercato, programma e partecipa alla gestione delle campagne vendite per i mercati assegnati.

Requisiti:

• laurea in materie economiche
• esperienza di almeno due anni in ruoli analoghi
• fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
• elevata disponibilità a trasferte internazionali e per periodi prolungati
• orientamento ai risultati e proattività
• ottime doti relazionali ed abilità negoziali
• buone capacità analitiche
