JOB DESCRIPTION

The International Marketing Intern will support the coordination of our brand marketing and communication activities worldwide, including:

Adaptation of communication assets and guidelines into foreign languages and their timely distribution to our local affiliates;
Media planning and analysis;
Support of our external press office and PR agencies’ activities;
Creation and distribution of internal communication assets and trainings to benefit our sales and retail staff and their activitites;
Benchmarking and analysis activities.
E-commerce support, including participation to photo shoots.

REQUIREMENTS

Current studies in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Business or related discipline. Must be legally entitled to carry out an internship in the EU, as part of college or University course;   
A passion for fashion communications and knowledge of the industry’s key players;
Understanding of key digital marketing processes and tools and proficiency in social media, especially Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Knowledge of WeChat desirable;
A ’can do’, proactive attitude. Strong research, organisational and problem solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Previous fashion marketing and/or communications experience in house, at online retailer or agency an asset;
Native English equivalent. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Russian. Some Italian helpful but not a must. An online course will be provided;

DURATION AND LOCATION

6 Months in Reggio Emilia, Italy, with travel to our office and flagship in Milan.

The Communication Intern will support the daily management of our social media channels and of our ambassador programme. S/He will also be involved in the creation of fashion images, press and e-commerce stories, newsletters and events – both directly and in collaboration with external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Current studies in Fashion Journalism, PR, Digital Marketing, or other relevant discipline. Must be legally entitled to carry out an internship in the EU, as part of college or University course;   
A passion for fashion communications and knowledge of the industry’s key magazines, bloggers and influencers;
Proficiency in social media, especially Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Knowledge of WeChat desirable;
A ’can do’, proactive attitude. Strong organisational and problem solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent visual communication skills and a love of photography, graphic design and video;
Previous fashion communications experience in house, at PR agency or fashion media outlet desired;
Native English equivalent. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Russian. Some Italian helpful but not a must. An online course will be provided.

All’interno del team New Media, si occupa dello sviluppo delle principali piattaforme social dei Brand di Gruppo. Attraverso una strategia condivisa internamente dovrà ideare, pianificare e gestire progetti per accrescere l’awareness dei Brand, incrementare l’engagement delle community, veicolare correttamente i valori e l’identità delle marche e dei suoi prodotti, sviluppare le potenzialità degli e-commerce.

Profilo

Il candidato ideale è in possesso di una esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione delle principali piattaforme Social e di formazione universitaria inerente alla comunicazione, preferibilmente digitale, o di master specifico.

Conosce le dinamiche dell’universo dei Social Media, le tecniche di gestione delle piattaforme e le modalità corrette per relazionarsi con gli utenti.

Grazie a competenze di base sulle altre attività e dinamiche digitali (Adv on-line, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Direct Marketing, Analytics, etc…) saprà integrare i presidi Social e le loro attività in una strategia integrata e finalizzata ad obiettivi congiunti.

Flessibilità, determinazione, voglia di imparare e capacità di lavorare in team sono caratteristiche fondamentali che la risorsa dovrà possedere.

Completano il profilo passione per il settore Moda e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
