JOB DESCRIPTION

The International Marketing Intern will support the coordination of our brand marketing and communication activities worldwide, including:

Adaptation of communication assets and guidelines into foreign languages and their timely distribution to our local affiliates;
Media planning and analysis;
Support of our external press office and PR agencies’ activities;
Creation and distribution of internal communication assets and trainings to benefit our sales and retail staff and their activitites;
Benchmarking and analysis activities.
E-commerce support, including participation to photo shoots.

REQUIREMENTS

Current studies in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Business or related discipline. Must be legally entitled to carry out an internship in the EU, as part of college or University course;   
A passion for fashion communications and knowledge of the industry’s key players;
Understanding of key digital marketing processes and tools and proficiency in social media, especially Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Knowledge of WeChat desirable;
A ’can do’, proactive attitude. Strong research, organisational and problem solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Previous fashion marketing and/or communications experience in house, at online retailer or agency an asset;
Native English equivalent. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Russian. Some Italian helpful but not a must. An online course will be provided;

DURATION AND LOCATION

6 Months in Reggio Emilia, Italy, with travel to our office and flagship in Milan.

The Communication Intern will support the daily management of our social media channels and of our ambassador programme. S/He will also be involved in the creation of fashion images, press and e-commerce stories, newsletters and events – both directly and in collaboration with external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Current studies in Fashion Journalism, PR, Digital Marketing, or other relevant discipline. Must be legally entitled to carry out an internship in the EU, as part of college or University course;   
A passion for fashion communications and knowledge of the industry’s key magazines, bloggers and influencers;
Proficiency in social media, especially Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Knowledge of WeChat desirable;
A ’can do’, proactive attitude. Strong organisational and problem solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent visual communication skills and a love of photography, graphic design and video;
Previous fashion communications experience in house, at PR agency or fashion media outlet desired;
Native English equivalent. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Russian. Some Italian helpful but not a must. An online course will be provided.

Si occupa di supportare lo staff dello Showroom di Milano durante la campagna vendite seguendo dall'inizio alla fine l'iter che riguarda lo sviluppo delle collezioni all'interno dello Showroom: dalla presentazione all'allestimento, alla vendita ed infine al disallestimento dei campionari. Supporta  le venditrici senior nella loro attività di gestione degli ordini acquisendo una prima formazione in merito alle tecniche di vendita, allestimento vetrina, comunicazione ed esposizione del prodotto.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea ad indirizzo economico o linguistico
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Soft Skills:

  • forte interesse per il settore moda
  • ottime doti relazionali e attitudine al Team work

In affiancamento ai nostri Staff aziendali durante la prossima campagna vendita, negli Showroom di Reggio Emilia, potrai partecipare al processo commerciale di presentazione e vendita delle collezioni dei Brand del Gruppo ai Buyer esteri.

L'esperienza ti consentirà di approfondire e acquisire :

  • logiche commerciali e distributive del prodotto abbigliamento a livello internazionale
  • nozioni di tecniche di vendita
  • stile di servizio ai clienti 
  • visual merchandising
