Digital Marketing (SEM) Specialist M/F

Job Profile

The Digital Marketing (SEM) Specialist is expected to implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns in order to improve the international development of Max Mara Fashion Group E-commerce.

The main goal is to assure proper delivery of digital marketing campaigns throughout the main digital advertising channels within seasonal budget constraints and pursuing the desired goals.

Key Responsibilities
- implement and manage pay-per-click campaigns on biddable media: Search Engine Advertising, Display Advertising, Dynamic Display Remarketing, Video Advertising
- Develop international plans of Affiliate Marketing
- Optimize investments upon kpi's evaluation and continuous metrics benchmarking (CPC, CPE, CPA)
- Campaign performance analysis and weekly reporting
- Continuously oversee new market trends
- Develop special marketing projects

Candidate criteria

Minimum Level of Education Required

05 - Master's Degree

Minimum Level of Experience Required



English (B2 - Professional Working Proficiency)


- At least one year experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Google Adwords, Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of DoubleClick Campaign Manager and Zanox
- Excellent ability to aggregate, manage and read data
- Great team player
- Continuos improvement approach
- Excellent verbal and written English

Fluency with a second language (French, Spanish or German) would be an additional asset.
