Business Process Analyst (Retail Operations) M/F

Job Profile

The Business Process Analyst (Retail Operations) mission is to analyze and streamline Retail processes with regards to planning, execution and business intelligence/reporting. Liaising with the IT department, you will contribute to the development of new software solutions, coordinate UAT, design user manuals and coordinate deployment of new procedures.

The main goal is to coordinate innovation projects and facilitate successful implementation in terms of business requirements compliance and within time and cost constraints.

Reports to the Organization and Retail Process Manager.

Process mapping and modelling
- Map process flow AS-IS and identify gap to TO-BE
- Map responsibilities and identify gap
- Organization, analysis, synthesis and eye to detail

Process Re-engeneering
- Define process scope and objectives
- Process re-engineering (flow, control, responsibilities): time saving, cost saving, ROI
- Process integration and optimization according to different peculiarities and geaographical/market constraints
- Problem solving and team working

Support IT software development
- assist bussiness requirements gathering and ensure solution compliance
- Assess and evaluate software solution provided
-Problem solving and team working

User Acceptance Test, user guides, training and deployment
- Coordinate UAT with business key users and end users
- Coordinate userguides design and training delivery; support change implementation
- Coordinate product release communication
- Change management and team working

Manage innovation projects
- Complete and review project charter
- Coordinate resources and progress
- Meet time/cost constraints, quality of deployments, precise requirements collection

Field of Studies

  • Engineering Management

Minimum Level of Experience Required



English (B2 - Professional Working Proficiency)


2-3 years experience in Retail in a similar role with a full view on retail processes end-to-end
