Job Profile

The Customer Service Assistant will act as a contact point for the client in assisting during online purchasing and providing advice during the delivery process.

Main objective is to provide high quality service and support to our clients; this will consist in back-office sales activities, tracking online payments, supporting on refunds and packaging.

The Customer Service Assistant reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage support tickets incoming via phone or email
- Understand the issue and provide the answer following policies and guidelines or further investigate liaising with the business reference
- Assist the customer during the online purchase providing advice on products and/or purchasing procedures
- Check online payments and refunding
- Coordinate and assure packaging is complaint to company standards
