Job Profile

Our I2TA (Innovation & Information Technology Academy) is a two-year program to train and develop Tech Enablers and Innovators.

You will have the chance to design and develop a Tech Innovation & Change Management Project in one of our Tech Departments focused on: Business Process Analysis, Software Engineering and Development, Business Intelligence, Network and Systems Admin, Cyber Security and Digital Business.

You will learn about the company's Tech & Digital structure, quickly take on responsibilities and develop your skills, supported by our Tech & Digital Leaders.

The learning modules - based on the functional area you will be selected for - could be:

Project Management (agile & waterfall)
Business Relations
Business Intelligence
Process Analysis & Mapping
Change Management
Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
Digital Marketing & Digital Business
Software Development
Database Management
IT Systems and Security

**First Employment: Fixed-Term Contract**

Skills Context

Max Mara Fashion Group has an internal Tech & Digital (T&D) structure that makes it a real software house at the service of the various business lines.
The T&D structure has currently more than 300 people.

Several projects take on cutting-edge applications, focusing on issues of eCommerce Management, Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, using diversified technologies according to specific business needs, following agile working methods that enhance the search of the minimum viable product, stand up meetings and team interaction.

Target Role: the Role at the end of the Academy

The Technology & Innovation Enabler is responsible for technological and process innovation projects, in line with business requirements, budget availability and corporate strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate's Identikit

We are looking for bright young people with a Master's Degree, a University Master or a Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) in scientific topics (IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics), post graduate or with a first experience, and with strong motivation to handle the dynamics of a T&D department constantly innovation-oriented.
